Helge Lundefaret
(b. 1956), Acting CEO. Mr. Lundefaret has been a partner in Borea since the start in 2002. He has 18 years of previous experience as an investor and active owner of several PE companies. He has 25 years of experience within IT industry, ranging from system development, programming, project management, SW sales and commercialization. Mr. Lundefaret also has experience as a CEO and Chairman of both domestic and international IT companies, he was Chairman and CEO of Creuna AS (a Danish company) from 2003 until October 2008. He is educated at NKI Engineering School, and Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr. Lundefaret is a member of the Board in Creuna AS, Instore Media AB and Mercatus AS.

 Lennart L. Hane
(b. 1955), CEO of Software Innovation Sweden AB. Mr Hane comes from the Swedish company Hjärnverket AB, where he has been CEO and consultant with engagements such as CEO, adviser and director at various Swedish and international IT companies. Mr Hane was previously CEO and Group President of Cybernetics International AB, a leading supplier of mission-critical IT solutions on the Nordic market. He has a specialist education in IT and management.

 Peter Perregaard
(b. 1962), CEO Denmark. For the last two years Mr. Perregaard has been COO of cBrain , a Danish software and consulting company noted on the Copenhagen Stockexchange. His previous experience comes from positions as executive director within IBM Denmark, managing director within Oracle Denmark. Mr Perregaard was also European director for both IBM EMEA and Oracle EMEA. Mr. Perregaard holds a Cand. Merc degree from Copenhagen Business School.

 Halvor Walla
(b. 1968), Group Director and CEO SI Norge and Head of Product Development. Mr. Walla comes from the position as director for Applications in Ergo Group. He was also the founder of Serve ASA that was acquired by ErgoGroup in 2006. Mr. Walla has ten years of experience from system development, business development and international affairs in the Agresso Group. During the period from 1997-2001 he held the position as Product Director responsible for R&D and member of the Group Management in Agresso Group. Mr Walla graduated from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) as a Master of Business and Marketing (Handelsøkonom) and has completed the Management Programme at Solstrand. Mr. Walla entered the position in Software Innovation as of 1 February 2008.
