The Group Management 

 

The Group Management in Software Innovation ASA comprise of the following persons:
Torstein Harildstad
(f. 1967), Group CEO and CEO of Software Innovation Norway. Torstein Harildstad has 10 yeas experience from various leadershiproles at Microsoft. He came to Software Innovation from a role as an independant consultant focussing on change management. Additional experience include the consultant company ISI and web start-up Grape. Harildstad has a masters degree in computer science from the university of Trondheim as well as business studies from the Norwegian school of management (BI)
 

Lennart HaneTorben Winther Kristensen
(b. 1970), CEO of Software Innovation Denmark. Mr. Kristensen has held various management positions both with Microsoft and the public sector and has a vast experience from sales and project leadership. Prior to Software Innovation Mr. Kristensen was sales manager in Microsoft where he lead the Public Sector Enterprise sales team. Before Microsoft Mr. Kristensen has also had leading responsibilities in important government programs within ERP, business intelligence, procurement and electronic invoicing. Mr. Kristensen graduated from University of Copenhagen with a Masters in Economics in 1997.

Lennart HaneLennart L. Hane
(b. 1955), CEO of Software Innovation Sweden AB. Mr Hane comes from the Swedish company Hjärnverket AB, where he has been CEO and consultant with engagements such as CEO, adviser and director at various Swedish and international IT companies. Mr Hane was previously CEO and Group President of Cybernetics International AB, a leading supplier of mission-critical IT solutions on the Nordic market. He has a specialist education in IT and management.  

Halvor WallaHalvor Walla 
(b. 1968), CEO SI Products. Mr. Walla comes from the position as director for Applications in Ergo Group. He was also the founder of Serve ASA that was acquired by ErgoGroup in 2006. Mr. Walla has ten years of experience from system development, business development and international affairs in the Agresso Group. During the period from 1997-2001 he held the position as Product Director responsible for R&D and member of the Group Management in Agresso Group. Mr Walla graduated from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) as a Master of Business and Marketing (Handelsøkonom) and has completed the Management Programme at Solstrand. Mr. Walla entered the position in Software Innovation as of 1 February 2008.

Tove-Grete Valø Solheim
(b. 1958), CFO for Software Innovation AS and the group. Solheim has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry. She held a range of management positions in Oracle and was the CFO of in Compaq / HP. At Ergogroup she had various managerial roles, including managing application operation and CFO for two divisions. She came to Software Innovation from Burson Marsteller, where she was CFO. Solheim graduated from the University of Utah and the Norwegian Business School BI.
